The order and payment were suspended because of problems with the payment method, but providing another payment method can reopen the order. The order is closed with no payment made. The order is closed and payments are complete. The order is closed but additional charges are possible (for example, for multi-item orders and additional shipping charges). Payment is completed, but the order remains open until no more charges are possible. The order is open because payment is pending. Use the information below to understand the order status.
